Meet the Team
Jaz is a final year Oxford Brookes University student studying Sports Coaching, Fitness & Rehabilitation. Jaz was a member of the England Hockey pathway and won three national championships. She was an indoor rowing 4's and 8's national champion as well as competing at club and regional level in netball. Alongside being the president of OBUNC, Jaz is a level 3 Qualified Sports Massage Therapist and is training to become a Personal Trainer.
I am delighted to have Jaz on the T|M|C team and know her experience in the sporting world as well as her massage abilities will be invaluable to all clients.

Will is the current Strength & Conditioning (S&C) Coach for Manchester United U18's and U23's and has worked with the likes of Ethan Galbraith and Hannibal Mejbri. Away from work, Will studies Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Bath where he was an assistant S&C coach for the men's 1st XV Football side. While attending Warwick School, Will played rugby for Worcester Warriors Junior Academy as well as winning three Natwest Schools Cup rugby finals. Aside from rugby, Will is a Level 2 qualified Personal Trainer as well as a Level 1 qualified British Weightlifting coach.
Will is a fantastic addition to T|M|C and his ability to specialise in elite performance will be essential for the development of T|M|C clients. He will be working alongside Tom and the rest of the team in offering video tutorials, advice and more specific knowledge around power, speed and acceleration.
Lyssi is in her final year studying Physiotherapy at Cardiff University. Lyssi was the 1st team hockey captain at Kings High School, Warwick. She currently plays for Cardiff University having played regional level hockey. On top of hockey, Lyssi represented county for both netball and golf and is a well rounded athlete across all sports.
Lyssi has had experience with online calls / phone calls track and trace for over 4 months as well as well as recently receiving employment by Cardiff and Vale health board. She has experienced many placements including musculoskeletal outpatients, experience in Telehealth for online consultations assessments and exercise plans as well as being part of the massage tent at the 2019 Cardiff Half Marathon.
The T | M | C team cannot wait to work with Lyssi and her Physiotherapy knowledge, especially the ability to restore movement and function post injury, will be crucial in allowing clients to reach their full potential in both a fitness and sporting sense. Lyssi will be working virtually with clients delivering online physiotherapy sessions and offering her knowledge and advice.
