About Me

Tom MacDonald

I am in my third year at Oxford Brookes University studying Business & Management.


My passion for sport began at Winchester House School and progressed during my time at Warwick School where I played rugby in two U18 Natwest Schools Cup winning sides. I am a player coach for Oxford Brookes University RFC 1st XV as well as the Talent Development Officer for the 2021/22 season.  I also play Openside Flanker in the 1st XV at Banbury RUFC and have represented Oxfordshire U20s and the Oxfam Crusaders in the Super Sevens Series.

I have an experienced track record of working in the education sector coaching young children up to young adults. Specialising in Rugby, I have worked and coached for Northampton Saints, Chinnor RFC, Banbury RUFC and Oxford Brookes University RFC. On top of this, I have coached multiple sports including rugby, football and hockey at both Ashfold School and Christchurch Grammar School in Perth, Australia.

I have a passion for driving others to improve and achieve their goals. I welcome all abilities with both a sporting and/or a fitness goal. I pride myself on making the overall experience as enjoyable and personal as possible and I would love to welcome you.

T | M | C aims to offer a unique outdoor Personal Training and Sports Coaching experience at affordable prices. Training sessions will take place at Oxford Harlequins RFC and Banbury RUFC. These facilities offer quiet, outdoor areas to train at as well as toilets, showers, changing rooms, free car parks and drinking water.

Whether you have a specific Sporting or Fitness goal or just want to feel confident again, I would love to help you. I am a huge believer in a balanced lifestyle which allows you to achieve your goals while still being able to have a drink with your friends. 

Experience creative, challenging, fun and varied methods of achieving your goals. 

I aim to provide fitness and sporting programmes created by a student for a student.
